The location of this hotel could not have been better - we were just a short walk away from all the major attractions. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending the best local restaurants and giving us tips for exploring the city. We also loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the comfortable beds.
Our room was quite small and basic, but it did the job for a weekend break. the breakfast was a bit limited in terms of choice, but we were able to find plenty of other options nearby.

An absolute value for your money. The rooms are cleaned everyday, staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived at around 23:00 and there was some one to welcome us. Two of the staff can speak very good english. The location was also great, it is about 15 mins walk from Termini or if you opt to take the bus it is just one station away. Some inns at the same price do not have airconditioning and private bathroom, but Settembre 95 has.
Wifi doesn't have very good connection. Breakfast is the same everyday. Finding the inn is quite hard, specially if you are arriving at night. The bathroom is small.

Location was convenient within walking distance to transportation and dining options. Room had necessary amenities, including air conditioning.
The hotel was disappointing given its price. The room was small and outdated. The bathroom was cramped and outdated. The service was lacking, as housekeeping did not come by to clean the room during the stay. not a great stay for a business traveler.

The receptonist of b&b settembre was very helpfull and polite. The room was clean and tide. Every day cleaning . refurbished room with new plumb facilities. Also near the metro and bus stations. 15Minutes from Fontana di trevi on foot and very close to roma termini.μια καλή και σχετικά οικονομική λύση για διαμονή στην ρώμη αρκετά κοντα στον τερματικό σταθμό της ρώμης.ο ιδιοκτήτης του μας βοήθησε πολύ.
Very Poor breakfast. Difficult to find it for the first time.

Good value for money in Rome. Wireless network was good. Bathroom was nice for this price range.
A relatively long walk to most touristically interesting areas. Breakfast was what you would expect in an inexpensive Rome hotel.

our recent stay in Rome at Settembre 95 was exceptional. The host greeted us warmly and provided thoughtful welcome gifts. The room was clean, cozy, and offered a breathtaking view of the city. The location was ideal, close to attractions and within walking distance of the Fontana di Trevi.
Broken ironing table.

Near to the Castro Pretorio metro, and Roma Termini Station. The breakfast is not bad,.
The rooms are simple, in the 4th floor of an old building. The bathroom is extremely small, making it very annoying to take a shower with the curtain sticking into yourself. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs.

The room clean everyday, and the staff are very friendly.
First, Breakfast start from 8am-10am. It's too late for travler since they need to go out and catch the flights. The pipe cry every time when you use water.

We liked the location and cleanliess of the place.
Frankly speaking, the breakfast was poor. From my point of view, the owners should spend some extra euros on some, cheese and fruit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would def stay there again if I went back to Rome. Room was perfect for me and my fiance. We love to walk, so we had no issue with the distance from the city center. For the price, you def cannot complain. Don't think about it, Book it! You wil not regret it.
I didn't like the breakfast. I'm all about trying out new breads, coffee, cheese and meats. The breakfast was just Nutella, hotdog buns, jam, butter, coffee and orange juice. The staff gives you a sheet to order what you want and they bring it to your room. I much rather have breakfast out of teh room and all you can eat. ;-)
