An absolute value for your money. The rooms are cleaned everyday, staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived at around 23:00 and there was some one to welcome us. Two of the staff can speak very good english. The location was also great, it is about 15 mins walk from Termini or if you opt to take the bus it is just one station away. Some inns at the same price do not have airconditioning and private bathroom, but Settembre 95 has.
Wifi doesn't have very good connection. Breakfast is the same everyday. Finding the inn is quite hard, specially if you are arriving at night. The bathroom is small.
the room is very clean, and the staff is also nice.we can check-in earlier, and put our luggage there after we check-out. the breakfast only has the basic things, but it's enough, because we have to enjoy roman food!
Good value for money in Rome. Wireless network was good. Bathroom was nice for this price range.
A relatively long walk to most touristically interesting areas. Breakfast was what you would expect in an inexpensive Rome hotel.
The receptonist of b&b settembre was very helpfull and polite. The room was clean and tide. Every day cleaning . refurbished room with new plumb facilities. Also near the metro and bus stations. 15Minutes from Fontana di trevi on foot and very close to roma termini.μια καλή και σχετικά οικονομική λύση για διαμονή στην ρώμη αρκετά κοντα στον τερματικό σταθμό της ρώμης.ο ιδιοκτήτης του μας βοήθησε πολύ.
Very Poor breakfast. Difficult to find it for the first time.
Near to the Castro Pretorio metro, and Roma Termini Station. The breakfast is not bad,.
The rooms are simple, in the 4th floor of an old building. The bathroom is extremely small, making it very annoying to take a shower with the curtain sticking into yourself. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs.
Good service and cleaning, standart breakfast (bread, yougurt)
Fine hosts, good location (near Termini), clean, but Rome is noisy city, it isn't depend on hotel.
The room clean everyday, and the staff are very friendly.
First, Breakfast start from 8am-10am. It's too late for travler since they need to go out and catch the flights. The pipe cry every time when you use water.
We liked the location and cleanliess of the place.
Frankly speaking, the breakfast was poor. From my point of view, the owners should spend some extra euros on some, cheese and fruit.
Location close to the city center but in a very noisy street.
poor breakfast and beds are moving
Was 15-20 mins walk to Spanish Steps etc and close to bus and train station. Go to est est est restaurant great value and beautiful meal.
A bit noisy as stated on reviews. But was fine. Maybe bring some earplugs!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would def stay there again if I went back to Rome. Room was perfect for me and my fiance. We love to walk, so we had no issue with the distance from the city center. For the price, you def cannot complain. Don't think about it, Book it! You wil not regret it.
I didn't like the breakfast. I'm all about trying out new breads, coffee, cheese and meats. The breakfast was just Nutella, hotdog buns, jam, butter, coffee and orange juice. The staff gives you a sheet to order what you want and they bring it to your room. I much rather have breakfast out of teh room and all you can eat. ;-)
Very happy with the room. It's clean, warm and new.
Breakfast was just ok, towels weren't changed daily but we didn't bother.
A very clean, well maintained B&B with a very comfortable bed. The B&B is within walking distance to the Termini (bus/train Station) and also within walking distance to several tourist attractions. Breakfast is served in a little dinning room and really is basic, bread, yoghurt and coffee but adequate. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.
There was the sound of traffic day and night, a little noisy but then this is Rome.
Well maintained en nice B&B. Room, linen & bathroom are spotless. The B&B is very well located in downtown Rome; major sights (colloseum, trevi fountain, the forum and phanteon) are all within walking distance. Only a ten minute walk from Termini Railway-station.
